My favorite class so far has been University Perspectives. I loved getting to know people in my degree area as well as engage with the campus by exploring study areas and fun career fairs. My teacher Shannon Mason was excited every time to see all her students and that was refreshing to me compared to my other professors who have a class of 200+ and I’m just a number on their list. It was a way to break everyone out of their shell and time every day to chat, laugh, and discuss what is available to us as students on campus to make our stay here better. I’m very thankful that it is a required class to better connect students to the campus and the traditions here.
